Guest Housing
We welcome the opportunity for our graduates and friends to return to campus. Alumnae and alumni are given two free nights in the guest houses every calendar year. These free nights are granted on a non-cumulative, non-transferable, space available basis and do not apply to Lifetime Theological Education programs. It is always advisable to call as far in advance as possible when booking a free night.

All other guests as well as alumni/ae who have exceeded the annual two-night allotment may stay in the guest houses for $65/night for a single and $75/night for a double. Visitors staying in the guest houses should be on Seminary or church-related business.

Wilmer Hall, Building 1, and Johns Hall, Building 2, are the guest houses located on the Seminary campus. They are located on the west side of the circle in the center of the campus. Reservations for Johns and Wilmer should be made at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival.

Wilmer and Johns Halls are not operated as a hotel. There is no daily maid service. Fresh linens and soap are provided when you arrive. Parking for guests is located only in the lot behind the Seminary Post Office. There is no parking on the circle in front of the guesthouses. Check in is anytime after 3:00pm and check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. When departing, please leave the keys on the desk in your room and leave the door unlocked. If payment is due, it should be made according to directions at the registration table in the lounge located on the first floor of Wilmer Hall. For the comfort of all our visitors, Wilmer and Johns Halls are non-smoking buildings and no pets are allowed.

A Laundry Room is located on the first floor of both Wilmer Hall and Johns Hall. The washer and dryer in each hall are for the use of our visitors, but are also used by our cleaning staff.

Occasionally on Wednesday morning we have Morning Prayer when there is an evening service of Holy Eucharist on the same day.
