Evening School: Civil Rights, Justice and Inclusion: Identity and Witness in The Episcopal Church

This course will consider the experience of The Episcopal Church (TEC) during the eras of the African American Civil Rights movement, as well as the struggle to accept women as leaders in every order of ministry. Addtionally, the experience and witness of gender and cultural minority communities will be consdered. (Class has begun -- check back in the spring for Fall 2015 offerings)

Enriched Evening School: Major Themes of the Qu'ran

This course will provide an introduction to some of the major themes of the Qur'an--Islam's Holy Scripture. As the foundation of the Muslim community, we will annalyze the Qur'an's understanding of God, humanity, prophecy and revelation, resurrection and afterlife.
