Cafe 1823

Cafe 1823

Named to honor VTS’s founding year, Café 1823 seeks to serve the extended VTS Community of students, faculty, staff, friends, and visitors by providing a convivial atmosphere with good food, an extensive menu of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and varied programming. On any given evening in Café 1823 you may find local parishes using the space for meetings and discussions; students eating their evening meal; neighbors—particularly our friends from neighboring Episcopal High School and St. Stephens and St. Agnes School—catching up after a day at work; or members of the VTS staff and faculty enjoying each other’s company in a relaxed environment.

To ensure the best experience for our patrons, 1823 memberships are now available. As a member, you’ll receive notification of discounts and specials and will help us better serve and connect with you. In addition to the VTS community of students, staff, faculty, alumni, donors and Board members, membership is open to anyone recommended by a member of the VTS community. For details, speak with a member of the 1823 staff.
