Each year our Center for Anglican Communion Studies focuses on a major theme of concern to Episcopalians and to the Communion.  For 2019-2020, I am delighted that the theme is "Spirituality in the Anglican Communion." We will welcome a diverse range of guests from all over the Communion who will share with us what Anglican spirituality means in their contexts.
Tonight, you will get a chance to hear more about these guests at a reception CACS is hosting at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel Parlor, after the Costan Lecture. This will be a great opportunity to meet CACS’s first guest of the year, Ms. Nedine Manyemba, who I welcomed in yesterday’s commentary. Additionally, each of this year’s visitors has sent a short video greeting, which will be played at the reception to give a preview of the conversations about Anglican spirituality we can look forward to throughout the year.
These guests and the program of the Center is accessible to everyone. Even if you cannot come to campus, these events are streamed online through the Center’s Facebook page.
