We believe that continuing education is integral to lay and ordained ministries in our churches and communities. Here you will find the innovative continuing education programs offered through Virginia Theological Seminary. These events, lectures, multi-day conferences, workshops, and degree courses are open to all continuing education students.

March 11 | Worship for All Ages
7:30 to 8:30 p.m., Free. Explore the gifts and challenges of worship for all ages. This workshop will be facilitated by the coordinators of Thursday Night Live at VTS, an evening service of Holy Eucharist for all ages. Click here to register.
March 12 | Practicing Sabbath: Taking Time to Breathe and Be

7:30 to 8:30 p.m., Free. VTS graduate, the Rev. Mary Bea Sullivan, shares insights on the use of small groups for practicing the “Way of Love”, our Presiding Bishop Michael Curry’s initiative. Click here to register.
