There are many things that I wish I could do. And right near the top of that list, I admire greatly the skill to create beautiful music. To pluck out of the air the right combination of notes to create - ex nihilo - a tune is an extraordinary skill. So today we celebrate the remarkable accomplishment of our very own William Bradley Roberts.

It was last week that a CD of his music was launched. Recorded in the Washington National Cathedral, working with the Choir of St. John's Church, Lafayette Square and with Benjamin Hutto as the Director of Music Ministry, it is a sublime and beautiful experience. The full spectrum of his music is on display. From the arrangements of the Spirituals to the Prayer of John Donne, one takes a beautiful journey.

One marvels at the talent; and one finds one's prayer life enhanced. Congratulations Bill, this is a great moment. We are proud to have you on our faculty.
